Coaches are a vital part of the competition experience, and can help elevate a fencer's performance and enjoyment of a tournament. As such, our coaches will always strive to support our athletes in the best way that they can, whether that means pushing for performance, guiding them through difficult moments or simply helping them enjoy their day.

Certain competitions will be designated over the course of the season and athletes will be accompanied by club coaches at no extra expense. These include, but may not be limited to, any local events (within the Moncton area) and New Brunswick Provincial Championships. Any designated event will be announced a reasonable amount of time prior to an event. If fencers wish to be accompanied at other competitions by some of our coaches, arrangements can be made directly with those coaches.

To maintain fairness between club fencers in competition, any competitor who is a registered member of Escrime La Résistance Fencing will not receive coaching against another fencer who meets that same criteria. This rule will be in effect at all times and all levels.
