From Jesse: I don’t always agree with everything in articles like these, but, I was impressed to find a lot of the foods I eat in this article and thought it would help some of you with choices of foods when adding things back in.
You see, the [#ershred] is not the type of program that’s going to say eat this, don’t eat that for the rest of your life.
We are not giving you a fish We’re teaching you to fish instead.
We’re teaching you to learn to listen to your gut instincts. Listen to your body. Pay attention to the signals instead of brushing them off.
I believe that once you grasp this concept, it will free you when it comes to your health.
