Welcome to my professional profile! I am an Assistant Professor of Operations Management at the Fisher College of Business, The Ohio State University (OSU). I earned my Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.

My research focuses on helping businesses address challenges related to consumer behavior in the circular economy, sustainable supply chain design, and sustainability in critical service systems such as healthcare and humanitarian operations.

My work has been published in leading academic journals, including Manufacturing & Service Operations Management,  Journal of Operations Management, the INFORMS Journal on Applied Analytics, and Production and Operations Management. I serve on the Editorial Review Board for the Journal of Operations Management and regularly review for journals such as Manufacturing & Service Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, and the Journal of Industrial Ecology, among others.

At Fisher, I teach the core operations management course in the Working Professionals MBA program, as well as an undergraduate elective focused on sustainability in operations. I am also an affiliated faculty member of OSU’s Sustainability Institute and the Institute for Manufacturing and Materials Research.
