I welcome individual clients of all backgrounds and walks of life ages 18 and up.
In-Person Sessions are offered in my lovely office in Aptos, CA on Fridays. This is a wonderful option for those who like to fully immerse in a safe and liminal space, get a defined break from the rest of their day, and be guaranteed privacy from those they share their homes with.
Please note: At this time I require masking for all in-person sessions.
Telehealth Sessions are offered through a secure Google Meet platform on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and are a great option for those in other parts of the state, those with busy schedules, or with mobility and/or health concerns. If you are a resident of California I am able to serve you remotely through this method.
