(Re)Discovery and Transformation
The unifying thread of this course has been how we can better support students who are marginalized, and dismantle and DISRUPT traditional assessment practices which reinforce systems of power and create inequities. Through continuous reflexivity, self-reflection, and learning in this course, I am able to confidently say that I am on the path to DISRUPTing systems of power and creating equity in assessment, so that ALL of my students are set up for success.
