Mobility Bormujos 02/2020

From 17th to 22nd February, the fourth meeting of the project "Young Entrepreneurs in Europe" took place in Spain. The meeting was attended by pupils and teachers from all partner schools - Slovakia, Croatia, Italy and Spain.

The Spanish partner IES school Juan Ciudad Duarte Bormujos took on the role of host. On the first day, all participants met at the school. In the morning they went through a school tour, were welcomed by the school management and created international work teams. In the afternoon there was a workshop on setting up a business in each participating country. In the evening there was a tour of the town of Bormujos and a welcome in the town hall.

Tuesday's work program continued, mainly in the form of excursions to local businesses and institutions. The students visited the Parque Empresarial Cartuja (Science and technology park) and EXTENDA – an advertising agency to support the Andalusia region abroad. The afternoon belonged to culture by visiting the metropolis of the Seville region, its historic centre and the Royal Palace.

The students spent Wednesday again in Seville. They visited the most interesting sights such as the Cathedral, Plaza de España, Plaza de América, Parque de María Luisa. Afternoon they attended Inés Rosales, a local oil cake manufacturer and exporter. At the end of the day, they organized a workshop focused on creating international start-ups.

On Thursday, the participants visited another historic city - Cordoba. They visited the jewellery park and the cathedral and took a tour of the historic centre.

A rich program full of interesting activities brought the end of your stay very quickly. Friday was again a working day and was dedicated to the topic of virtual business creation. The afternoon belonged to the final evaluation and farewell meeting.
