The representative of the company introduced the specialists working in the company, also what personal qualities, abilities and competences are important in order to work successfully in one of the most advanced companies in the city of Šiauliai. It was pointed out that the success of a good employee is determined by personal qualities, abilities and competences, so the students were encouraged not only to struggle for a better grade, but also to actively participate in various activities and improve teamwork skills.

The students and teachers understood that in the production processes of Laurema company a great attention is paid to quality control, therefore the quality of products and services is trusted by companies not only  from Lithuania, but also Latvia, Estonia, Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Italy, and Switzerland.
