Why Not?
One of the things that I have heard about the most in my experience as an assistant property manager, is how many bad experiences tenants have had with landlords in the past. I also know from the other end of the spectrum that many landlords have had hard times with some of their tenants over the years. One of the reasons I started Equity, was to combat both of these problems. I want to provide a service for property owners that allows them to not have to feel all the stresses that can come with owning a rental property or properties, while also providing a safe, fair, and equitable living experience to all of the tenants I work with.
I am a young but also experienced college graduate who wants to apply his skillsets to the real world and make an impact. I have a lot of passion towards finding individual success for myself and my company, and the latest tools to assist me. I also still remain passionate however, about following my moral compass as this is part of my definition of success. The work Equity does for you will be honest and hard work with the goal to bring about a prosperous future for everyone involved in the process.
