We offer full process managing service from searching for potential tenants to signing the lease for each unit. We also handle collecting and sending your rent payments to you through check or money order. We also handle all tenants issues such as lockouts, emergencies, questions, phones calls, etc.
I also have a general maintenance skill set and provide medium level maintenance services in house. Issues within my reach include switches and outlets, installing light fixtures, towel bars and rings, carpet, minor plumbing and electrical. Larger issues would be contracted out in which case, I would send the property owner the invoice from the company that completed the work. Contractors will only be used for issues we can not handling in house.
We will complete all painting and cleaning work in house.
