Seated Strong Class: 6pm-6:30pm

Bring your doctor’s referral and medication list.

Come to the appointment 15 minutes early. Expect to fill out paperwork on your medical history, current medical status, prescriptions and emergency contacts.

Dress comfortably; wear athletic shoes and clothes that allow for active movement.

DIRECTIONS

From New Haven take I-91 North (toward Hartford) for 8.6 miles. Take Exit 12 (Washington Ave.), turn right onto Route 5/Washington Ave, and follow for 1.5 miles. Turn right on Bradley Street. Continue straight through the Bassett Road intersection. The entrance to campus is directly ahead. Park in visitor parking. The clinic is located on the third floor.
