Currently EQUIP is not running due to COVID-19 precautions. As of right now EQUIP is held once a week on Tuesdays from 4-7. A patient will be seen for an hour during this timeframe

EQUIP is a Pro-bono clinic, thus no insurance is required. All you need is a referral.

When scheduling your appointment with our Patient Coordinator you can request a translator. EQUIP Rehabilitation will find a translator to have during your Inital Eval and appointments following.
