Boiler Room

A boiler room, sometimes known as a mechanical room, is a space that’s dedicated to housing the mechanical and electrical equipment. Boiler rooms can hold anything from heat exchangers to water tanks, water pumps and HVAC machines (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) 

Medical Gas Room

Medical gas supply systems in hospitals and other healthcare facilities are utilized to supply specialized gases and gas mixtures to various parts of the facility. Products handled by such systems typically include: 

• Oxygen

• Medical air

• Nitrous oxide

• Nitrogen

• Carbon dioxide

• Medical vacuum

Chiller Room

Medical chillers are most commonly used to keep equipment running smoothly. They are also used to lower patients’ body temperatures during certain procedures and to keep medical samples at proper temperatures. 

Cooling Tower

A cooling tower is designed to remove heat from a building or facility by spraying water down through the tower to exchange heat into the inside of the building

Control Room

Control room is where all the BES is being monitored. It can monitor all the electrical system in the building. Including air conditioner, alarm system, medical  gas etc.

Transformer Room

The purpose of a power transformer is to convert voltage from a high voltage (transmission line) to a low voltage (consumer). The transformer is an electrical device that transfers electric energy by electromagnetic induction 

Genset Room

The definition of a genset room is an engine that drives the generator, which provides the power used to run other equipment. Depending on the application, the genset may run construction equipment, appliances, cooling systems or other devices
