🚇 By train -150 years anniversary since the first train service launched in Yokohama-

JR Line : It takes 24 to 40 minutes from Tokyo sta. to Yokohama sta. by either JR Tokaido Line, Yokosuka Line, Keihin-Tohoku Line or Shonan-Shinjuku Line; costs 480 Yen (473 Yen by using prepaid transportation cards).

Keihin Kyuko Line : It takes 18 to 31 minutes from Shinagawa sta. to Yokohama sta.; costs 310 Yen (307 Yen by using prepaid transportation cards).

Tokyu Toyoko Line : It takes 27 to 40 minutes from Shibuya sta. to Yokohama sta.; costs 280 Yen (272 Yen by using prepaid transportation cards).


🚅 In case you get to Shin-Yokohama station by Shinkansen bullet train

Yokohama Municipal Subway : It takes 13 minutes from Shin-Yokohama sta. to Yokohama sta.; costs 250 Yen (242 Yen by using prepaid transportation cards).

Tokyu Railways : Tokyu Line Minatomirai Pass

Round-trip from Tokyu Line Station to Yokohama Station and unlimited use of Minatomirai Line for one day, It costs 870 Yen if you buy ticket at Shibuya station (Cost varies depending on the station purchased). You can buy ticket at each Tokyu Line station.

Keikyu Train : Yokohama Bay Area 1Day Pass

Round-trip from Keikyu Line Station to Yokohama Station and free passenger ticket of trains and buses in the Yokohama Central Area for one day. It costs 1,110 Yen if you buy ticket at Shinagawa station (Cost varies depending on the station purchased). You can buy ticket at each Keikyu Line station.

Tokyo International Airport (HND)

Airport shuttle bus : from Tokyo International Airport to YCAT (Yokohama City Air Terminal); it takes 30 minutes and costs 590 Yen (one way).
from Tokyo International Airport to Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse via Yamashita Park; it takes 48 minutes and costs 750 Yen (one way).

Train : Keikyu Line ; It takes 27 minutes from Haneda Airport Terminal 1.2 to Yokohama station; costs 370 Yen (364 Yen by using prepaid transportation cards).


Narita International Airport (NRT)

Airport shuttle bus: It takes 90 minutes from Narita International Airport to YCAT (Yokohama City Air Terminal); costs 3,700 Yen (one way).

Train : Narita Express ; It takes 90 minutes from Narita Airport to Yokohama station; costs 4,370 Yen (includes express charge)

Keisei Skyliner ; It takes 43 minutes from Narita Airport station to Keisei Ueno station; costs 1,270 Yen (1,257 Yen by using prepaid transportation cards) plus 1,300 Yen for seat reservation. You should transfer to a conventional train at Keisei Ueno station to Yokohama Station. (refer to “By train” section)

🚗 By car -Weekend drive in Yokohama, drive safely-

On the weekend, roads are congested in Yokohama Bay Area. We recommend you to reserve the parking lot and set the destination in the car navigation system in advance.
When using the Metropolitan Expressway Yokohama Line, the car navigation systems will mostly lead you to either Minatomirai Exit or Yamashitacho Exit to get to Yokohama Bay Area.
