My name is Tiziana Angiolini. I am a teacher and I am interested in Professional Development. I have been working on my CPD for some years now. Thanks to the Internet I have learnt a lot from the others and I would like to share my knowledge with the others.

I am an Italian Teacher of English and German in Italy. I teach secondary school students in a " LICEO ARTISTICO" in the Province of Reggio Emilia. My students are aged 14-19 and study Art, Drawing and other subjects related to Art, Architecture and Painting.

Currently I am doing English language courses in the afternoon for the ones who want to take a B1 or a B2 Certificate in English.

I have been teaching for over 20 years now, I should say more than 30 years as I started teaching before I finished university.

I am a fan of Moocs and I have already done a lot of courses online about Literature, Web 2.0 tools, Education, Blended Learning : some courses were run also by the European Platform that is running this Mooc.

I have profile on some social networks too but I am always busy while studying and teaching and I cannot spend much time online.

Why am I doing this Mooc?

Because educators need to face the new challanges of the XXI century and the way we teach has changed. I am here to get more ideas and to learn from a team of educators and other teachers living in Europe or maybe in non European countries.
