ENSURED - GOOD-TO-GO website is under development. Registrations will begin shortly.
If you are a city-based Civil Sector Organisation (CSO) or NGO already connected with Grassroot NGOs in your region and with Corporates too, you are fit to become a GO-GREEN. GOOD-TO-GO is one of the best projects that can make your organisation a beehive of urban Volunteers (of all ages and experience) from around the country, eagerly waiting to visit the Grassroot NGOs in your network, and teach them all skills for free.
GOOD-TO-GO works in a hub and spoke model, where the GO-GREEN is the Hub of the network in a region. Any organisation willing to start the network can do so in their own region. More than one GO-GREEN with different sets of Grassroot NGOs can also exist in the same region.
It is actually very simple. Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Read through this whole FAQ, especially the fourth question after this that talks about the expectations. If you have more questions (other than the ones answered here), please do not shy away from asking it, at the end of this page.
Step 2: After you are satisfied with all answers, Register with ENSURED - GOOD-TO-GO as a GO-GREEN.
Step 3: Read the FAQ meant for Grassroot NGOs in detail.
Step 4: Connect with all Grassroot NGOs you know in your region, tell them about the Network, and how they can benefit from it.
Step 5: Read the FAQ meant for CSR, Foundations and Funders in detail.
Step 6: Connect with all Corporates, Foundations, Funding organisations, Philanthropic Groups and High net worth Individuals you know anywhere in the country, tell them about the Network, and how they can benefit from it.
Step 7: Tell both that you and your organisation are starting this network in this region.
Step 8: You will receive a communication from GOOD-TO-GO Network, asking for some details, and ensuring that you have understood the concept well.
Step 9: After due diligence, ENSURED - GOOD-TO-GO will authorise you to start, by sharing a draft Proposal for Funding (with estimated Budget).
Step 10: If you need any funding to start, edit the Proposal with your information and required budget, and submit it to the Corporates, Foundations, Funding organisations, Philanthropic Groups and High net worth Individuals you know.
Step 11: When you are ready to start (with or without funding), inform ENSURED - GOOD-TO-GO about your readiness.
Step 12: ENSURED - GOOD-TO-GO will provide you a Login and Password, Log in to your GOOD-TO-GO account, and change your password.
Step 13: Check if your Grassroot NGOs have registered as GO-REDs or not. If not, ask them to do so immediately.
Step 14: If your Grassroot NGOs (GO-REDs) do not have any Livelihood Plans, list out skills that the youth in their community need, to develop their villages, community, and their livelihoods, and feed them in GOOD-TO-GO Network.
Step 15: Using a 2-step authentication, access the Volunteer Database to match the skills available with the skills required, and get going.
The best practices coming out of periodic Impact Assessment done by the GO-BROWNs (Development Consultants) will be shared on this website, without mentioning names. However the best performing GO-GREENs will automatically be known by their Ratings given by the Volunteers (GO-PROs), the Grassroot NGOs (GO-REDs), the supporting Funders (GO-BLUEs) and the Impact Accessors (GO-BROWNs).
GOOD-TO-GO is committed to working everywhere, from the urban proximity villages to the remotest, virgin, nature rich villages of rural India. India has many sparsely populated villages which are extremely remote, a majority of which are reachable by road, but there are also a few which require a small trek to reach. A GO-GREEN can start by taking the Volunteers to the Grassroot NGOs (GO-REDs) in their network, after matching skills with skill needs. The benefits to these communities can then be showcased to deeper areas, and the Community based organisations (CBOs) there, can be included in the GO-GREEN's network, attracting more volunteers with more skills, and also giving them a variety of adventure with purpose.
Any Grassroot NGO who have implemented / replicated your projects in the past or doing so now, or Community based organisation (CBO) in your own projects can be included as GO-REDs in the GOOD-TO-GO network. If you know other NGOs (not implementing your projects) needing help from the Volunteering professionals, you can include them too. The wider variety of NGOs and their functional and geographical domains will help you offer a wider variety to Volunteers (GO-PROs), as well as attract a variety of skills and Volunteers.
Please take care to include more rural based Grassroot NGOs than city based ones, for two reasons: 1) City based NGOs already have availability of local professionals to support them, whereas Rural NGOs lack the needed support; 2) City based professionals like to destress and unwind in nature filled open environments in rural areas, than concrete filled and cramped urban ones.
Grassroot NGOs addressing livelihood skill needs of the rural youth, will attract more urban volunteers. Projects related to teaching livelihood skills, entrepreneurship skills, marketing skills, setting up business models, product design, product profiling, setting up distribution infrastructure, social media workshops, gender workshops, multimedia art workshops, youth camps, health camps, and anything that is desired by the youth there, except money and material, will be desirable. The objective is not to give them the fish, but teach them how to fish.
Geographically you can consider 100km radius around you, reachable by road in maximum 2 hours, as your Zone. Check if the Grassroot NGO you know, is already part of GOOD-TO-GO, in some other GO-GREEN's network here.
Liaise with Grassroot NGOs, understanding their local problems and the mindset of youth in their community, identify skills required by them, and bring the NGOs on board through an agreement in a standard format.
Scan the Registered Professionals (Go-Pro) database, to find matching skills in the region and liaise with them.
Design a Route and Date Calendar for the Visits after discussing with the associated Grassroot NGOs.
Share the Calendar with the ready Professionals and confirm their availability.
Engage skillful local underprivileged youth, who can drive the Vehicle, keep it clean, manage small maintenance and repair, cook simple and healthy meals (if required), and act as a help for all logistics like water availability, waste disposal, etc in the vehicle.
Engage an existing/new employee for looking after the annual maintenance of the vehicle, insurance, taxes, permits, toll charges, fuel, grocery, vegetables, drinking water, linen, upholstery, coordinating between driver and professional, driver’s insurance, etc.
Liaise with the collaborating Corporates sharing the Route-and-Date Calendar, operational budget required (including Driver, Go-Green Manager, liaising expenses), and get the same from the collaborating Corporates in a periodic manner.
Organise the Trips for smooth volunteering at the grassroot NGO level.
Coordinate online feedback from the Grassroot NGO, their Beneficiaries, Driver and visiting Professional(s), and upload them in the national database through an online form, for Social Credit calculation and Rating.
Share a Fund Utilisation Report periodically with the Corporate that is funding the operational expenses.
Upload skill training videos being shared by the Grassroot NGO Partners after every visit, on YouTube Good-To-Go Channel. Share the Channel link for publicity and attracting more volunteer professionals.
You have complete autonomy with your network within GOOD-TO-GO. It is an open sourced project that can be initiated in any region by any GO-GREEN. If you have implementing Partners in other geographical regions, you can include them as well in your network. Just that you will have to think about facilitating movement of Volunteers (GO-PROs) in those regions as well. You can have a single supporting Funder or multiple Funders (GO-BLUEs) supporting the facilitation expenses in different regions.
You do not need to share any fund with others in the GOOD-TO-GO network, except your network Grassroot NGOs (GO-REDs), if required. You also do not need to share information about fund received for the project. However if you maintain transparency by sharing your annual Audited Financial Utilisation Statement for this project with GOOD-TO-GO network, it will help in establishing high credibility among the citizen Volunteers, and also the Funders (GO-BLUEs) of other GO-GREENs.
You will get a Page on this website dedicated to your work and the information you share, for the Volunteers, Funders and other stakeholders in the GOOD-TO-GO network to see and compare, and decide their choices and priorities. Your performance Rating (determined by the feedback of the visiting volunteers and other stakeholders, will attract the Volunteers and Funders to your Page on this website. We shall take information from you periodically to update your page. Your page will also be updated with testimonials of the Volunteers visiting your Grassroot NGOs.
There is no competition between different stakeholders in GOOD-TO-GO. Every GO-GREEN will have its own network of Grassroot NGOs (GO-REDs), and its own set of Funder(GO-BLUEs) supporting this project. No one owns the Volunteers (GO-PROs), as they come from across the country and outside. However the performance of GO-GREENs in facilitating the Volunteer trips, the regions where its Grassroot NGOs (GO-REDs) are based, and what work is being done by them under the GO-GREEN's supervision, will determine the number of Volunteers (GO-PROs) approaching it. In case a GO-GREEN fails to perform and attract Volunteers, GOOD-TO-GO will step in to counsel and support. But if the GO-GREEN wishes to go dead, its Grassroot NGOs (GO-REDs) will get the option to get added to any other GO-GREEN's network. Such transfer will happen on mutual agreement between the GO-RED and new GO-GREEN.
Volunteers (GO-PROs) will be available at the National Volunteer Database with the following:
1) Login ID and Password provided to you by ENSURED - GOOD-TO-GO.
2) OTP authentication on your Contact Number given during your GO-GREEN Registration.
3) If there are skills pending in your Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) network.
You will be able to see the GO-PROs with matching skills, their availability, performance rating, location and Email ID.
When you send a pre-formatted email (with details of project, requirements, facilities, tourism opportunities, and costs) to a GO-PRO, the GOOD-TO-GO network will send an automated WhatsApp message to the GO-PRO, informing him/her about a probable engagement and asking him/her to check the email.
Mobile numbers of the GO-PROs can only be shared by themselves, and cannot be provided by GOOD-TO-GO respecting the privacy law.
We recommend that you do all communication with the GO-PRO through Email, so that the entire communication is documented and cannot be misquoted, misinterpreted or misused later. Since GOOD-TO-GO will support the emails with instant WhatsApp messages, it will ensure that all emails are instantly read by the GO-PROs, and vice-versa.
A GO-PRO might be communicating with multiple GO-GREENs at the same time for the same volunteering period.
After a GO-PRO locks his/her engagement with you through an online form, you will receive a notification, and an automated message will go to all other GO-GREENs communicating with the same GO-PRO for the same period, and his/her name will removed from the list of available GO-PROs.
Any such locked engagement, if cancelled (except for emergencies), will affect the performance rating of the one who cancels.
In case a locked engagement is cancelled, the profile of the GO-PRO will be flashed again in the GOOD-TO-GO Network with a high priority tag, so that he/she gets a quick engagement with a GO-GREEN, and his/her planned vacation is not wasted.
The Budget for a GO-GREEN is broken into two parts:
A) Budget supported by your Funder (GO-BLUE) with the following suggestive components:
1) Cost of Vehicle (if required).
2) Cost of modification as Vehicle interior for lodging and boarding (if required).
3) Salary of Driver (if required).
4) Salaries of GO-GREEN Manager / Coordinator and Staff.
5) Health Insurance of GO-GREEN Staff, Manager, Driver (if required).
6) Liaising and Administrative Expenses.
B) Budget supported by each Volunteer (GO-PRO) for his/her visit to one of your Grassroot NGO (GO-RED), with the following components:
1. Transportation costs including airport / railway station pick up / drop, travel to remote village and back.
2. Basic but clean and comfortable stay at guest house/home stay/ Campervan at remote village (depending upon what is available).
3. Breakfast, Lunch, evening Tea and Dinner on all days.
4. Local trek and cultural tourism options (includes transport, if required)
5. Lodging boarding cost for the Driver (Not Salary), to travel with the volunteer and take care of his/her basic logistics.
6. Accidental Insurance of Driver and GO-PROs.
7. Emergency pullout cost (fully refundable if not utilised).
8. Permit costs (if any).
9. Translator's costs (if any)
You may add any additional components, or remove any of the above components as desired.
All the costs need to be shared and agreed upon with the Volunteer (GO-PRO), before locking the engagement. You can work out a part advance, part later payment with the Volunteer (GO-PRO). Engaging more Volunteers (GO-PROs) at the same time will help reduce their individual costs, and can become a more attractive proposition for them to lock an engagement with you.
GOOD-TO-GO Network will not mediate or be responsible, for any financial dispute between the GO-PRO, GO-GREEN and GO-RED.
Foreigners are restricted in certain areas of India, and some other areas require special permits. If your / your Grassroot NGO's (GO-RED's) project is in an area, which require permits; please ensure that you obtain it for the foreign origin Volunteer, before he/she travels to the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED). For areas where there are absolute restrictions for foreigners, please do not contact a Volunteer of foreign origin.
Prefer foreign Volunteers (GO-PROs) who come either through an organisation / university / network, not individual tourists, as it is difficult to verify their credentials. GOOD-TO-GO does not do any reference check of the Volunteers who sign up as GO-PROs. Since the engagement is between the GO-GREEN, GO-RED and GO-PRO, they will be responsible for any legal, financial, administrative or security issues.
GOOD-TO-GO will neither mediate nor be responsible for any complications between them. However any negative feedback will affect their performance rating, and reduce chances of further engagement.
The language and dialects of different regions in India vary a lot. And this is applicable to both village Communities and the Volunteers. After you contact a GO-PRO, please check what languages he/she knows, and whether a community youth or the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) staff can act as a Translator. If not, then check if a Translator (between the common language known to the volunteers in the trip, and the local language/dialect) is available, as he/she will facilitate the interactions that will do wonders for the community youths' confidence and your performance. You can divide the Translator's expenses (professional, lodging and boarding with the volunteers), between the visiting volunteers and add it to the cost of their trip.
If a GO-PRO wishes to bring a Translator along, he/she will be available as a GO-PRO, and the costs of whom can be taken care of by the visiting GO-PRO during his/her visit. You can also professionally hire the services of the Translator for other GO-PROs, whenever required.
Yes you may take pictures and videos. Please be mindful however of the fact that they will be living in a village and will be working with the community. Do respect the sentiments of the Community and their culture, while taking pictures. Do take permission of the Grassroot NGO before taking videos of their sessions.
You can share the pictures and videos with GOOD-TO-GO, for uploading on your Page on the website, with due credit to you, to attract more Volunteers (GO-PROs).
Yes, GOOD-TO-GO will expect a feedback at the end of every trip, the format of which will be shared with you electronically, when you are ready to start. Please keep a log of every trip, and share it with your feedback after the trip. Your feedback will help evaluate the quality of the training, facilitation by the Grassroot NGO and performance of the Volunteer (GO-PRO). Your Social Credits and Performance Rating will get logged in only after your feedback is received.
GOOD-TO-GO will also take a feedback from the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED), some of their beneficiaries (from the Volunteering trip), and the Volunteers (GO-PROs), to evaluate your performance rating. The Volunteers (GO-PROs) would generally contact and prefer GO-GREENs with higher performance rating, for such Voluntourism opportunities.
It is not required. ENSURED - GOOD-TO-GO will give Certificates to the registered Volunteers (GO-PROs), whenever they wish, mentioning their contribution and performance. Certificates will be given only to those who have contributed at least 15 days (not including travel) since joining, and their performance rating is above average (eg. at least 3.5 on a scale 1 - 5).
With ENSURED - GOOD-TO-GO, you:
Will become a hub for Professionals around the geographical region with multiple skills to offer their skills voluntarily.
Will get highlighted among Corporates in the region, and get to connect directly with their CSRs.
Will get a completely supported project to add to your contribution to the development sector.
Will be able to give many underprivileged youth entrepreneurial opportunities and create sustainable livelihood activities in the region.
Will be able to create a Citizen support system by acting as a Bridge between privileged professionals, underprivileged youth, Corporates and Grassroot NGOs.
If you have gone through this FAQ, have the required abilities and strong will to start the initiative, please register as a Facilitating Organisation (GO-GREEN) with ENSURED - GOOD-TO-GO immediately here.
If you want to recall the next steps, scroll to the top of this page and take a look at Question 2 in this FAQ.
If the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) they are visiting HAS a place of stay and a cook, then you just need to arrange a vehicle to pick the Volunteers (GO-PROs) from the Airport or Railway station, load the vehicle with groceries and water, and take them to the Village. The vehicle needs to be stationed with them, and bring them back after the trip.
If your organisation does not have a vehicle and driver, then you need to hire a vehicle for the period and do the same as above.
If the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) they are visiting DOES NOT HAVE a place of stay and a cook, then you need to arrange a vehicle that can be used for lodging and boarding as well for the Volunteers (GO-PROs), and do the same as above.
You can compare all costs and find out what best works for you, and is economical and comfortable for the Volunteers too.
Please discuss all options and costs with the visiting Volunteers (GO-PROs) and get their agreement, before they land in your city for the voluntouring.
YES. That is mandatory. Otherwise you might face financial compensation claims in case of a road accident. You can take the insurance for every trip, just like the Railways, Airlines and Travel companies do. It is pretty cheap as well, and the premium will anyway be paid by the Volunteer (part of the cost he/she pays for the voluntouring opportunity).
If you get Volunteers (GO-PROs) who do not mind multimode travel and prefer camping to save costs, then you just need to allocate a staff from your organisation to take the adventurous Volunteers by anything: bus, tractor, bullock cart, depending on the situation and distance, and organise all logistics at the Village.
Please discuss all options and costs with the visiting Volunteers (GO-PROs) and get their agreement, before they land in your city for the voluntouring.
For each Voluntouring trip you need to facilitate the following:
1. Transportation including airport / railway station pick up / drop, travel to remote village and back.
2. Basic but clean and comfortable stay at guest house/home stay/ Campervan at remote village (depending upon what is available).
3. Breakfast, Lunch, evening Tea and Dinner on all days.
4. Availability of Drinking water and water for other jobs for the Volunteers ad Driver.
5. Local trek and cultural tourism.
6. Lodging and boarding for the Driver at the village.
7. Accidental Insurance of Driver and Volunteers (GO-PROs).
8. Emergency pullout procedure.
9. Permits (if required in the Grassroot NGO's region for foreign Volunteers).
10. Translator (if required).
Besides these you need to ensure that the Grassroot NGO being visited, takes care of the safety and security of the visiting GO-PROs, and makes their visit fruitful for the village community, and worthwhile experience for the Volunteers.
This is possible, as many local Volunteers would prefer to drive down to the Village themselves. Although this works more cost effective for you, but chances are that they are taking a whole set of people with them who are not Volunteers, but going there for family fun. Please make it very clear to them in the beginning that a lot of groundwork is done for a Volunteer visit by the Grassroot NGO and your organisation. And that you want to make every bit of their visit useful for the rural community. Volunteers visiting by their own vehicles with their families should not expect the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) to take care of their families and entertain them, even at a price. GOOD-TO-GO is not Rural Tourism, but Voluntourism.
But if a set of Volunteers (GO-REDs) that you have chosen for different skills, wish to go together in their own vehicle, you can consider it. However please see to it that the essentials mentioned in the previous question are taken care of, by either one of your GO-GREEN staff or the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) staff.
You might also find many Campers and Travellers (Professionals who work on the move in their own Campervans), passing through the areas of your Grassroot NGOs (GO REDs). Many of them would also register with GOOD-TO-GO as GO-PROs. They will also declare their availability like other Volunteers as per their movement. These professionals are highly skilled too, and can contribute towards skilling rural youth on multiple livelihood skills. The best thing is that they come at no cost to you, as they move, live, eat and sleep in their Campervans. In return of all the skill sharing they do, they only need an assurance of safety and security by the Villagers, wherever they park.
For every Volunteer (GO-PRO visit, you need to send the following with the vehicle:
1) Groceries and Vegetables for the Volunteers and Driver for 4 meals a day for the period of stay.
2) Bottled Drinking water for them for the period.
3) Cooking Gas, a portable stove, some basic utensils.
4) Some toiletries including toilet paper and tissue paper.
5) Hand sanitizers, masks, mosquito repellers.
6) First Aid material (including preventive stuff required for outdoor camping).
7) Fire extinguisher and powerful multipurpose Torch.
8) Multi connector for mobile and camera charging from vehicle battery.
9) A radio operated walkie talkie for communication between the Volunteers and the Driver (in case a trek on foot is required to reach the village).
10) A compact Tent for 3 people, to be used in case of vehicle breakdown and camping required on the way.
Besides these you can also equip your vehicle Driver with a Camera and Tripod / Gimble for video recording of the skill training sessions.
Volunteers of foreign origin only need a Tourist Visa to come into India. Any further permits to enter restricted areas in India, if needed, has to be obtained by your organisation before they travel to the village.
GOOD-TO-GO assures the visiting Volunteers (GO-PROs) that besides all logistics for their lodging and boarding, they will get a clean and comfortable accommodation to stay and home cooked meals. It is not necessary to give attached toilets and running water, AC or coolers. But you will need to ensure that they get enough place to keep their belongings safe, clean drinking water, nature cooled insect free rooms and beds with clean linen and blankets, and non spicy healthy food.
The objective is to help them discover how village life makes the best use of nature, to get what even the luxurious suites cannot.
Electricity and connectivity have reached almost all villages of India, except for few unreachable or troublesome zones. However the bandwidth might not be constant and of high speed everywhere. In some villages, people have to reach high vantage points to get the best connectivity.
If you know that the Village (where Volunteers are visiting) does not have grid supply or even solar lighting, try to send a DC 2 lights 1 fan solar charged battery setup, with the vehicle. The urban Volunteers might not feel comfortable in pitch dark setting in a rural area. In such places, please give a walkie talkie to the Grassroot NGO staff / Village Pradhan, and keep the other with the vehicle Driver (staying with the Volunteers) for emergency use.
For places that have no mobile phone connectivity, please communicate early to the Volunteers and ask them to share your organisation phone numbers with their family. You can encourage the Volunteers to enjoy cell phone detox and serenity during the trip. Please do maintain a touch with the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) and local village through your ground network, so that messages can be passed in case of emergencies.
GOOD-TO-GO strictly prohibits underage smoking and drinking. Please instruct the Volunteers that in case they must smoke, they should choose a lonely spot to do so. Under no circumstances can we endorse any smoking in public. Taking drugs is strictly prohibited. Drinking during volunteering hours is also not allowed. It is possible that the Volunteers may be offered any local drink in appreciation of their efforts or just to welcome them into the community. GOOD-TO-GO will not be responsible for any health discomfort resulting out of that.
Orient the visiting Volunteers (GO-PROs) well, before they leave for the Village, and ask them to practice restraint and take care not to behave in a manner that compromises their position, or the credibility of your organisation (GO-GREEN). Any untoward incidents caused by unruly behaviour of a Volunteer, can be dealt by immediately terminating his/her Voluntouring assignment, and a forfeiture of the emergency amount deposited with you, to settle compensation (if any). In such case negative feedback from all stakeholders involved will automatically reduce the Volunteer's performance rating drastically, and hence not desirable by any other GO-GREEN.
While we want the Volunteers (GO-PROs) to enjoy their rural immersive experience, we also expect them to treat the role they are playing, with responsibility and sincerity, and contribute to a positive and respectful experience with the community.
To maintain a commonality, the food served to the Volunteering GO-PROs (during their visit) should be primarily vegetarian. However if they wish to have non-veg cuisine, they can pay someone locally to get that, and have it at their own risk. GOOD-TO-GO will not be responsible for any health discomfort arising out of the same. Please ask the Volunteers to strictly resist and refuse any offers of meat of endangered and/or protected species of animals, birds and reptiles. Any violation might lead to legal proceedings against them.
Respect Veganism as well, you should try to provide vegan cuisines as far as possible. However, please ask Vegan Volunteers to carry a pack of Dates with them for emergencies.
Please stacked the vehicle (taking the Volunteering GO-PROs to the Villages) with safe drinking water for their entire stay. However, if some of them are particular about carrying their own water, encourage them to make those purchases while they are in the city, before starting their road travel to the Village.
During the commute to the village and back, the Facilitating NGO )GO-GREEN) and its vehicle Driver will be responsible for all Volunteers (GO-PROs) safety and security. At the Village, The Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) whose project they are visiting, is responsible for their safety and security.
Assure the Volunteers that Villages are generally safe places for women and men alike. Many women trek alone in villages and have never felt threatened. The locals respect women and treat them well. The local village women are also very friendly. Encourage the visiting Volunteers (GO-PROs) to build a rapport with the village community, and involve themselves with them. Ask them not to dress in a way that draws extra attention, and to carry themselves confidently. In case a Volunteer feels that he/she would need a same gender companion during the trip, please see if you can organise the same locally, before signing them up.
Any Indian citizen can travel anywhere in the country freely. Only foreign Tourists need to take permits for certain places.
If a Volunteer reaches one of your Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) without informing you, and expects any favours using your name or his/her association with GOOD-TO-GO, please ask the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) to inform you immediately, and seek your approval before giving him/her any support.
However if a Volunteer is passing through a village that he/she has visited earlier through GOOD-TO-GO, and gets stuck in an emergency situation, the Grassroot NGO (GO-RED) and Villagers can take their own call on, when, where and how much to support. In any such case, they should necessarily inform you about the incident and situation after it is taken care of by them. This is only to ensure that the credibility and sanctity of all GOOD-TO-GO Stakeholders is maintained.
