Team Registration for Mixed Doubles League

Team Number Request   Opens March 23, 2026 9am

Mixed Doubles League Registration Key Dates:

• Team Number Requests (for Captains): Starting March 23, 2026

• Team Registration Period: April 4 - April 22, 2026

• League Season Begins: May 18, 2026

Important: Before requesting a team number, ensure the desired day of play (weekday, evening, or weekend) is offered by checking the available options. Do not request a day of play that is not listed. Eno River League HUB - League Dates & Days of Play  All players are required to have a current USTA membership to participate in USTA leagues. Individual players may continue registering for teams until midnight the night before the team’s final match.

Team Registration Process - April 4 - April 22, 2026

1. Submit a Team Number Request via JotForm (one form per team) opens March 23 for early requests.

• Before requesting a team number, please ensure that you are available to register in TennisLink within 72 hours once registration opens.

• Team number requests will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to court availability.

2. Receiving Your Team Number

• Captains with confirmed teams will receive an email with the team number within 2 business days of submitting the team number request form.

• Captains with waitlisted teams will be notified of their status.

3. Player Registration

• Captains receiving their team number on or before 4/4/26 must register in TennisLink by 4/7/26 to confirm the team.

• If captains receive their team number after 4/4/26 they will have 72 hours or before the registration deadline of April 22nd, whichever comes first—to register for their team.

• Registration Fee: 

  • Public Court Team Fees: $43.64 ($16 league fee, $9 head tax, $3.64 TennisLink fee, & $15 court fee)

  • Private Club Fees: $28.15 ($16 league fee, $9 head tax, & $3.15 TennisLink fee)

• Captains are encouraged to have all team members (15 max) registered by April 22, 2026, at 5:00 pm. Please see the registration process below for public player registration after April 22, 2026.
  
  

4. Minimums Due April 22, 2026 

• Teams that fail to meet the minimum 6-player (3 men and 3 women) requirement by the deadline listed above will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist if public courts are no longer available.

Registration for Public Team Players After April 22

• Players registering for a team after April 22, 2026, use the Mixed Doubles League Generic Team Number listed below — do not use the team number issued to your captain before April 23rd. The generic team number for your age division includes your public court fees. 

  • • 18 & Over: 7039132310   

    • 40 & Over: 7039132353   

    • 55 & Over: 7039132355 

    • 65 & Over: 7039132357

• After registering with the generic team number, the player emails Anna Jones, coordinator@enoctanc.com, with the following information to be transferred to the correct team:

  • • Your Name, Captain’s Name, Age Group, & Level

• If the correct team number was not used, your public court fees were not included. As a result, your registration is incomplete, and you are not eligible to play league matches until the court fees are paid. You will receive an email with instructions, including a 7-day deadline to complete payment. Please note that an additional $3.15 non-refundable TennisLink fee will apply.
