We aim to review legitimate support requests as soon as reasonably possible. Response time may vary depending on the nature of the request.
WHEN CONTACTING SUPPORT
To help us understand and resolve your issue, please include:
• A short description of the problem
• The steps that caused the problem
• Your device model
• Your Android version
• Your English Target app version
• A screenshot or screen recording, if relevant
Please do not send passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, private voice recordings, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
COMMON SUPPORT TOPICS
Microphone or Speaking Practice
Make sure microphone permission is enabled:
Device Settings → Apps → English Target → Permissions → Microphone → Allow
Speech recognition may require an active internet connection depending on your device and selected speech-recognition provider.
Text-to-Speech or Audio
Make sure your device volume is turned on and an English text-to-speech voice is installed or enabled in your device settings.
Learning Progress
Learning progress is stored locally on your device. It may be removed if you clear the App’s data, uninstall the App, reset your device, or use device-cleaning software.
Save Progress Card
If a progress card cannot be saved, check whether English Target has the required gallery or media permission. Permission requirements may vary by Android version.
Share Progress
The Share Progress feature uses your device’s standard sharing system. Make sure at least one compatible messaging, email, or social-media application is installed.
DATA DELETION
English Target does not require user accounts and does not store learning progress on NOVATECH SOFT servers.
To delete local learning progress:
1. Open Device Settings
2. Select Apps
3. Select English Target
4. Select Storage
5. Select Clear data or Clear storage
You may also delete local App data by uninstalling English Target.
Progress cards saved to your gallery must be deleted separately through your gallery or file-management application.

We welcome constructive feedback, feature suggestions, and reports of inaccurate learning content.
Sending a suggestion does not guarantee that it will be implemented. Do not send confidential, copyrighted, or proprietary material that you do not have permission to share.
