This Privacy Policy explains how NOVATECH SOFT (“we,” “our,” or “us”) handles information when you use the English Target: Learn & Speak mobile application (“English Target” or the “App”).

English Target is an educational application designed to help users learn English grammar rules, basic sentences, question making, speaking, and daily practice activities.

By installing or using English Target, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

NOVATECH SOFT is responsible for the privacy practices described in this policy.

2. PRIVACY SUMMARY

English Target does not require users to create an account or sign in.

We do not operate a backend server for collecting user profiles, and we do not directly collect or store users’ names, phone numbers, passwords, contacts, precise location, financial information, advertising identifiers, or government identification information.

Most learning activity and progress information is stored locally on the user’s device.

The optional speaking feature uses the device’s microphone and speech-recognition service. Depending on the device, operating system, selected speech provider, language settings, and network availability, voice input may be processed locally or transmitted to the device’s speech-recognition provider for real-time conversion into text. NOVATECH SOFT does not receive, store, or retain users’ voice recordings.

3. INFORMATION PROCESSED BY THE APP

3.1 Learning Progress and App Activity

English Target may store the following information locally on your device:

• Completed lessons and learning units

• Grammar-rule progress

• Basic-sentence progress

• Question-making progress

• Test and practice results

• Daily challenge progress

• XP, levels, streaks, badges, and achievements

• Onboarding status and app preferences

• The point where you stopped learning so that you can continue later

This information is used to provide learning progress, achievements, daily challenges, and the “Continue Learning” experience.

This information is stored within the App’s private local storage and is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by NOVATECH SOFT.

3.2 Microphone and Voice Input

English Target may request microphone permission when you choose to use speaking or pronunciation-practice features.

The microphone is used only after you initiate a speaking activity. Voice input is used to convert your speech into text so the App can evaluate or support your speaking practice.

Depending on your device, voice input may be processed by Android, Google, or another speech-recognition service selected or installed on your device. Such processing is governed by the privacy policy and settings of the relevant service provider.

NOVATECH SOFT:

• Does not activate the microphone in the background

• Does not continuously listen to users

• Does not receive users’ microphone recordings

• Does not store voice recordings on its own servers

• Does not sell voice information

• Does not use voice information for advertising or user profiling

You may deny or revoke microphone permission at any time through your device settings. Other learning features can still be used, although speaking-related features may not work.

3.3 Text-to-Speech

The App uses a text-to-speech service to read English learning content aloud.

Speech may be generated through the text-to-speech engine installed or selected on your device. Depending on that provider’s implementation, processing may occur locally or through its online services.

NOVATECH SOFT does not receive or store audio generated by the text-to-speech engine.

3.4 Progress Cards, Gallery Access, and File Storage

English Target allows users to generate a progress or achievement card.

When you select “Save card,” the App creates the image and saves it to your device’s gallery. On Android versions where permission is required, the App may request gallery or storage access for this purpose.

The App:

• Creates the progress image from information displayed inside the App

• Does not upload the generated image to NOVATECH SOFT

• Does not scan or collect other personal images from your gallery

• Does not use gallery content for advertising or analytics

You can deny gallery or storage access, but the “Save card” feature may not work.

3.5 Sharing Progress

When you select “Share progress,” English Target opens the device’s standard sharing interface.

You decide which external app or service receives the generated progress card. The selected third-party app may process the shared content under its own privacy policy.

NOVATECH SOFT does not automatically share progress information and does not control how a service selected by the user handles shared content.

3.6 Support Communications

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, message, and any information you voluntarily include.

We use this information only to respond to your support request, investigate technical problems, protect the App, or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Do not include passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in support emails.

4. APP PERMISSIONS

English Target may use the following Android permissions:

Microphone / Record Audio

Used only for optional speaking and pronunciation activities initiated by the user.

Internet

Used when a device service requires an internet connection, when opening legal or support links, or when an installed speech-recognition or text-to-speech provider performs online processing.

Gallery or Storage

Used only when the user chooses to save a generated progress card to the device. Availability and permission requirements may vary by Android version.

The App requests permissions only for the related functionality. You can manage or revoke permissions through your device settings.

5. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information processed by English Target may be used to:

• Provide English-learning lessons and practice activities

• Track learning progress locally

• Display XP, levels, achievements, streaks, and completed lessons

• Restore progress when the App is reopened

• Enable speaking and pronunciation practice

• Generate text-to-speech learning audio

• Create, save, or share progress cards at the user’s request

• Respond to support requests

• Maintain the safety, reliability, and functionality of the App

• Comply with applicable laws and Google Play requirements

We do not use information for targeted advertising, cross-app tracking, credit decisions, or the sale of personal information.

6. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

NOVATECH SOFT does not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be processed or transferred in the following limited circumstances:

Device and Operating-System Services

Speech recognition, text-to-speech, gallery storage, and sharing may rely on services provided by Android, Google, the device manufacturer, or another provider selected by the user.

User-Initiated Sharing

Information is sent to another app only when the user deliberately selects a sharing destination.

Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose information received through support communications if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, enforce our rights, prevent fraud, or protect users and the public.

Service Providers

If we use a service provider to handle support or operational communications, that provider may process only the information necessary to perform the requested service.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

English Target may interact with services installed on or provided through the user’s device, including:

• Android operating-system services

• Device speech-recognition services

• Device text-to-speech services

• Google services, where selected or provided by the device

• Gallery or media-storage services

• External applications selected through the system share interface

• Email applications selected by the user for support

8. ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

The current version of English Target does not include third-party advertising SDKs, personalized advertisements, behavioral analytics SDKs, or advertising-ID-based tracking.

We do not create advertising profiles and do not sell learning activity to advertisers.

If advertising, analytics, accounts, cloud synchronization, or other data-processing features are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety declaration will be updated before or when those practices apply.

9. DATA RETENTION

Learning progress and preferences stored locally remain on your device until one of the following occurs:

• You clear the App’s storage or data through Android settings

• You uninstall the App

• The App provides and you use a reset option

• The device or operating system removes the App’s local data

NOVATECH SOFT cannot remotely access or delete local learning progress because it is not stored on our servers.

Generated progress cards saved to the gallery remain there until you delete them.

NOVATECH SOFT does not retain microphone recordings. A device speech-recognition provider may process or retain information according to its own settings, terms, and privacy policy.

Support emails may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

10. DATA DELETION AND USER CONTROLS

Because English Target does not provide user accounts or store learning progress on NOVATECH SOFT servers, no account-deletion request is required for local learning data.

You can remove local App data by:

1. Opening your device Settings

2. Selecting Apps

3. Selecting English Target

4. Selecting Storage

5. Selecting Clear data or Clear storage

You can also remove local App data by uninstalling English Target.

Progress cards saved to the gallery must be deleted separately through your gallery or file-management application.

11. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the App and the information handled.

Learning progress is stored locally within the App’s device storage. However, no electronic device, transmission method, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users should protect their devices with appropriate screen locks, operating-system updates, and trusted security settings.

12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

English Target is an educational application and does not require users to submit names, email addresses, phone numbers, or create public profiles.

We do not knowingly use the App to collect personal information from children for advertising, profiling, or sale.

The optional speaking feature should be used with the knowledge and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by the user’s age and applicable law.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has sent personal information directly to us through a support email, they may contact us at [technovasoft668@outlook.com](mailto:technovasoft668@outlook.com) so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.

13. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Device-based services may process information in countries other than the country where the user is located. Such processing is controlled by the relevant operating-system, speech-recognition, text-to-speech, email, gallery, or sharing-service provider and is governed by that provider’s privacy practices.

NOVATECH SOFT does not operate a server that receives users’ learning progress or microphone recordings.

14. EXTERNAL LINKS

The App or this website may contain links to external websites, email applications, or third-party services.

We are not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of third-party services. Users should review the privacy policy of a third-party service before providing information to it.

15. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when features, permissions, legal requirements, or data-handling practices change.

The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be communicated through the App or its Google Play listing where appropriate.

Continued use of the App after an update means that the user acknowledges the revised policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
