My name is Matt Kronzer, and I will be your instructor for English 20. I have taught English courses for about ten years and I enjoy helping students develop their academic writing skills. Teaching is a passion of mine because I believe in the transformative power of education. Individuals can significantly improve their quality of life through higher education and share their learning with their communities. Learning benefits everyone, and I am thrilled to play a role in this journey.
As a first-generation college graduate, I understand the unique challenges of higher education. I earned my degrees from UC Davis and Sacramento State, where I learned valuable lessons about navigating college life. I am eager to share my insights on the various options, resources, and expectations that come with higher education.

The content for our class is offered primarily through Canvas. Canvas is the official Learning Management System (LMS) for CSU Sacramento. Many of your classes will use Canvas to provide you with materials and assignments.
You should be able to log in to Canvas through your My Sac State account.
