About us

Engineering Excellence Awards dinner event was born from joint  volunteers of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) and the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) regional committees who provide the main funding to celebrate the great successes of early careers engineers.

This prestigious event is an opportunity for recognising great engineers and employers, and it fosters networking amongst local volunteers, academia and industry partners. 

All proceeds of the event goes to charities in the North West.
