Earthing is the practice of making direct physical contact with the Earth's surface, such as walking barefoot on grass or sand. This connection allows the body to absorb the Earth's natural electrical charge, which may help reduce inflammation, stress, and pain, and improve sleep and mood. Simply walk or sit barefoot, and put your feet on the Earth each day.
Box breathing helps to manage stress and anxiety by calming the nervous system. This breathing exercise will help to improve focus and concentration. Inhale to a count of four, hold your breath for four counts, exhale to a count of four, and hold your breath for four counts. Repeat as many times as necessary to calm yourself and regulate your emotions.
4-7-8 breathing is best used to calm down quickly in stressful situations. This technique will also promote deep relaxation and promote good sleep. Inhale quietly through the nose for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 7 seconds, and exhale completely through the mouth for 8 seconds.
Heaven and Earth Visualization
Stand tall with feet hip distance apart and close your eyes.
Visualize a thick cable coming down from your abdomen, between your feet.
Take a deep breath as the cable moves down into the earth, through all of the earth’s layers and magnetizes to the earth’s core.
Visualize a column of light coming down from Heaven into the top of your head.
Take a deep breath as the column of light moves through your upper body and connects to your cable that is attached to the earth’s core.
Visualize your huge angel wings unfolding from your back, add a color to the tips of your wings.
Open your eyes and know you are grounded and calm.
Meditation Practice meditation each morning to start your day grounded and centered. Hold your favorite grounding crystal (Shungite, Hematite, Tiger’s Eye, Black Tourmaline, Carnelian, or Red Jasper).
Crystal grounding can help if you are feeling stressed during the day. Sit in a chair. Place one black tourmaline in your left hand. Place one black tourmaline between your feet. Close your eyes. As you breathe in, think "I call all of my energy back to me." On your exhale, think "I release anything and all that is not mine." This will take 2-3 minutes to help you center and get back to your day.
