Your Encods digital space profile is the means by which other participants can get to know you, and reach you!

You could share your personal interests, your scientific interests, a picture, and maybe an e-mail where people can reach out to you.

Steps to create your profile

1. Add your own subpage to the "Participants or Lecturers or Organizers" page

• Make sure you are in the editing mode (little pen in the corner)
• Click on pages (on top of the right column)
• Click on the 3 dots that appear when you put your mouse over the page "Participants"
• Click on "add a subpage"
• Write your name. Before clicking complete, click on advanced properties, and write your name again but instead of space give it an underscore. (e.g. Name: Maria Gonzales, personalized route: Maria_Gonzales

2. Personalize your page

• Click on your page to go there
• Click on insert (on top of the right column)
• You can insert text, pictures, html code, or link your own page. This is your space, and you can add whatever you would like to share with the ENCODS2018 attendees!
• Make sure you add your Slack profile link

3. Publish your page

• Once you are done you are ready to publish! Click on Publish (blue button on the top right of the editing panel)
• Click on the link icon (left from the share icon, on top of the editing panel) and click on copy link.
• Go to "Participants or Lecturers or Organizers" page, and add your name
• Highlight your name, and then click on the link button that appears on top of the text box (left from the trash icon)
• Paste the link you copied.

Done! Now you are part of the ENCODS2018 digital space :)
