There are six major committees that oversee the function of the ENCMA. They are then broken down into basic functions as listed below. You can visit each committee's page for more information and to get connected!
Clergy Enrichment and Education, Civil Engagement and Social Action, Community Engagement, Public Relations, Programs, Budget and Finance.
Budget and Finance: The Budget and Finance Committee shall be responsible for developing an annual fiscal-year budget for approval by the First Wednesday in December of each year.
Education: Focusing on empowering institutions of education and ensuring churches and communities are engaged in them.

Enrichment: Developing ministers by equipping them with Biblical knowledge and tools of ministry.

Civic engagement: Ensures citizens are registered and aware of voting processes, civic meetings, local boards, and how they function.

Community Engagement: Ministering to the community and partnering with organizations that currently exist including other churches and community social services.

Programs: Creating programs that will serve the alliance, individuals and organizations connected to it, and its goals.
Public Relations: Creating networks of influence and connections that will promote the goals of the alliance while informing churches and communities about the work that is being done.
