North Carolina Wesleyan University, Rocky Mount, NC, founded in 1956, is an independent, liberal arts college affiliated with The United Methodist Church. Wesleyan enrolls approximately 1,000 students on the Rocky Mount campus and a little over 1,000 adult students at its 9 Adult Degree Program locations in Brunswick, Goldsboro, Greenville, Manteo, Raleigh-Durham, Rocky Mount, Washington, Whiteville, and Wilmington.
