Emu Plains Medical centre does not use social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram or Facebook to communicate or advertise. Our practice manager may take steps to remove testimonials that advertise our services such as comments about our practice themselves. Our practice is not responsible for removing unsolicited testimonials published on a website or on social media which we do not have control.
No staff are to post on social medical platforms with information relating to the surgery. Social media used within the practice may be monitored in accordance with the social media policy on the use of internet, email and computers.
It is the responsibility of the practice manager to remind practice of the social media policy and ensuring all practice staff upon and during employment are following this policy.

Not disclose any confidential information, proprietary or sensitive information relating to Emu Plains Medical Centre. If a staff member is unsure if the information is considered confidential, they are to refer to the practice manager.
Not use the logo for the practice or any other company branding on any social media platform without prior approval from the Dr or Practice Manager.
Not communicate anything that might damage Emu Plains Medical Centre’s reputation, brand image or the confidence of our customers.
Not represent or communicate on behalf of Emu Plains Medical Centre in the public domain without prior approval from the Dr or Practice Manager.
Not post any material that would directly or indirectly defame, harass, discriminate against or bully any team member, supplier or customer within the Practice.
