Thursday the 12th of September 2019 is R U OK? Day - A day when we are reminded to ask "Are you OK?" and to remember that every day of the year we should support people who may be struggling with life's ups and downs. At Emu Plains Medical Centre, we know that regular meaningful conversations can make a difference and you don't have to be an expert to to ask how someones going.

This year in the build up to R U OK? Day we are shining a light on the times we should be asking our family, friends and workmates this important question.

To spread this message, we'll be displaying posters and information pamphlets in our waiting room on how to ask R U OK? and information about where to go if you need support.
