You can meet virtually with someone who can walk you through the job search process and help you find the right job fit for you. One-on-one virtual coaching can help you do the following:

• Get feedback on your résumé and ideas on how to effectively use it.

• Prepare for an interview.

• Learn where to find job leads and tips for how to approach them.

• You can also get help with other parts of your job search, like writing cover letters, networking, or accepting a job offer.

To sign up for one-on-one coaching, sign in to Latter Day Saint Jobs with your Church account. https://www.latterdaysaintjobs.org/ers/security/login.htm Once you log in, you’ll fill in some information that will help us get to know you and your employment goals. You will then see a screen where you can indicate whether you’d like “Personalized Assistance” or “Self Serve.” Choose “Personalized Assistance,” and one of our service missionaries will set up a time to meet with you.
