These metals are often used in everyday life to ease the lives of everyone.

They are often used as a substitute to magic, often called "magic tools". Some metals require the use of magic while others do not and are simply there to aid people who lack magic.

The Metals

Lapsisite

Glows when in contact or near magic source, such as humans, monsters, magic beasts and charged cheosite.
This ore constantly glows when in contact with water.
Can be found in the Musmiota Mountains in Emon and Fujak.
Some of the rivers in the Musmiota Mountains and in its caves will glow bright cyan due from the immence ammount of lapsisite.
Often used for lamps, powered with cheosite.
This is the source of the glowing water in Waterfall (Empathytale lore only).
It is common to see echo flowers bloom near lapsisite.

Refsisite

Allows magic flow and restrains the magic flow from escaping.
Commonly used in magic tools, weapons and prosthetics.
As the magic flow in someone's body acts similarily as blood flow, a prosthetic crafted with this material makes it an ideal replacement and fully acts like the missing limb.
Commonly found in Mishi and Kae.

Refsisite ore

Yan's prosthetic is made with refsisite melted with skrilrosite

The glass of this lamp is made of refsisite which prevents the pellet inside from exploading

Skrilrosite

One of the rarest metals ever found.
Commonly used in magic tools, royal weapons, royal armour and prosthetics.
Skrilrosite is an extremely durable metal, almost unbreakable.
It can shatter standered weapons and certain magic generated weapons.
Only found in Fujak and Lans.

Cheosite

This ore can contain and store magic within, but has no flow, unlike refsisite.
Commonly used for magic tools.
Most of its users are traitless humans.
Cheosite can also be used to power up certain vehicules such as boats and sand-sailers.
It is one of the most common metals and is mostly found in Emon, Kae, and Fujak.
The ore changes colour depending on the trait it stores.
Cheosite absorbs magic if a magic source touches the ore for a long period of time.
Pure cheosite will have a cream colour.

There are no in-series examples of this mineral yet

Klevosite

The rarest mineral to find.
Klevosite can be a dangerous mineral if not handled corectly as it nullifies magic.
It is illegal to store klevosite.
It is also illegal to make any forms of weapons, armour and magic tools out of this ore.
Klevosite is only used for prison cells.
This metal can heavily tire out magic users. In rare cases, if exposed to Klevosite for too long, the user might lose their trait permanently or even die from losing so much magic.
No one knows exactly where to find it except for the royal families.
