Elisa Mougin

I am an Associate Professor (Maitresse de Conférences) at the Department of Economics of Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) de Lyon. 

I am a research fellow at the Center for Economic Research on Governance, Inequality and Conflict (CERGIC), and a research affiliate at the Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Evaluation of Public Policies (LIEPP) of Sciences Po Paris.

I hold a PhD in Economics from Sciences Po Paris, supervized by Pr. Julia Cagé. 

My research interests include media economics, political economy, competition policy, and development economics.
