Heejoo Kim
Heejoo earned her B.A. in Developmental Psychology from the University of Michigan and later completed her M.A. degree in Child Psychology and Education at SKKU. With a focus on children and adolescents with high-functioning autism spectrum disorder, she is interested in understanding how specific cognitive factors (e.g, rigidity or theory of mind in ASD) and emotional factors (e.g., low emotional understanding) influence the emotion regulation process. Outside of her studies, she loves messing around in the water, shooting the breeze, and soaking up the scent of burning wood.

Eunseo double-majored in Psychology and Education at Sogang University. Drawn to the expansive field of Affective Science, she is particularly interested in exploring beliefs about emotion and how emotions fluctuate in daily life. Beyond her academic pursuits, she enjoys playing board games with close friends and performing as a violinist in an amateur orchestra.Â
Young-eun Ji

Young eun majored in Psychology at Sungkyunkwan University. She is interested in emotion regulation flexibility, which refers to how individuals shift their regulatory strategies according to situational demands. More specifically, she aims to understand why people with social anxiety struggle to regulate their emotions and examines how their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact in daily life. Outside of academics, she enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, and reading.
Yujin Kang

YuJin is majoring in Psychology at Sungkyunkwan University. Her primary research interest lies in emotion regulation, particularly in understanding how individuals cope with psychological distress in their everyday lives. She aims to learn sustainable, and effective clinical interventions to support individuals struggling with emotional difficulties. Beyond her academic interests, she enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, listening to music, and watching TV series and films.
Junwon Chun

Junwon received his B.A. in Psychology from Dankook University. He is interested in understanding the psychological mechanisms that give rise to suicidal ideation before suicidal behavior occurs, particularly through the lens of emotion regulation. He aims to clarify how emotional and cognitive processes contribute to the emergence of suicidal thoughts. In his free time, he enjoys weight training and reading psychology-related books.
Chaehyeon Lee

Chaehyeon majored in Psychology at SSWU. She is interested in how individuals with depression or anxiety regulate their emotions in everyday life, particularly how different emotion regulation strategies contribute to psychological distress and recovery. She is also interested in evidence-based treatments for psychological well-being. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with TV series, games, and books.

Chaeyeon received her B.A. in Psychology and M.A. in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Sogang University. Her research interests include emotion regulation flexibility and social contexts in emotion regulation.
Sohee Park
Sohee earned her BSc in Psychology from the University of Nottingham and her MSc in Applied Clinical Psychology from the University of Bath. She is interested in understanding how emotion regulation works as a transdiagnostic construct in emotional disorders and how it interacts with social contexts. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and walking her dog.
Dongin Choi
Dongin is a second-year BSc Psychology student at the University of Bath. He is interested in schizophrenia, particularly in how cognitive impairments such as deficits in working memory, executive function, and social cognition affect daily functioning. He enjoys both indoor and beach volleyball in his free time.
