Hi, I’m Emily.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) passionate about supporting people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they’re constantly masking parts of themselves to get through the day. I work with young adults, creatives, neurodivergent folks, and anyone figuring out who they are and how to move forward.
Why I Do This Work
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to try and carry everything alone. Therapy gave me space to breathe, reflect, and finally say the things I’d been holding inside. Now I get to offer that same space to others—filled with honesty, care, and no pressure to be anything but human.
My Approach
My style is collaborative and flexible. I pull from narrative therapy, EMDR, parts work (IFS-informed), and Choice Theory. I won’t give you homework you didn’t ask for—but I will help you identify patterns, strengthen your boundaries, and reconnect with your sense of agency. We’ll move at a pace that works for you.
