'Making a Difference Award' Testimonials, 2024

I was honoured to receive an award in Deccember 2024, accompanied by some testimonials from colleagues and stakeholders who shared their experiences of working with me. Two of those are below.

Having only worked closely with Emma since the middle of the year and even more so in recent weeks, Emma is a pleasure and an inspiration to work with and alongside. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable and competent within her job role but she is dedicated and passionate at achieving results and meeting all deadlines. This ensures that any project she is involved in is moved forward to support not only the training provider for the curriculum aspects required, but also the individual learners so that collaborative interaction and learning is considered every step of the way. "Emma is incredible! For me, she has been a constant throughout as my mentor coming into this role, continually supporting, encouraging, guiding and being present at times when she had every right not to be! She is so selfless and generous in the time she gives to others. Though she is always working heavily on all of the projects assigned to her, she still steps in to support others with theirs. Furthermore, as well as being a major part of the building of TD programmes, she seamlessly delivered the Tempdent rollout sessions, providing such a good overview of all the changes coming in but making it engaging and exciting for those who are going to be using the material. The formatting for TD is beautiful, smooth, and very professional with all the gradients and how you have put it all together.
