Project 1: Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship
Designed and developed a complex 15 module programme for the country's leading dental training provider, Tempdent.
This project focused on the design and launch of a Level 3 Dental Nurse Apprenticeship. I developed branded, visually engaging templates for all resources, ensuring consistency and professionalism across the qualification.
Collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs, I mapped the initial learner journey and created interactive resources using PowerPoint, Word, Articulate Rise, and video tools. I also produced tutor guidance, workshop materials, and micro-learning assets to support implementation, and led the delivery of course walkthroughs across the company to support adoption.
These elements provided a strong foundation for a learner-focused, engaging programme ready for rollout.

Project 2: Level 4 Children, Young People and Families Practitioner
Designed and developed a 2-year Apprenticeship programme for training provider, Paragon Skills
This project involved developing a research-intensive Level 4 qualification for Children, Young People, and Families Practitioners. With limited SME input, I led much of the early work through in-depth research to ensure the content aligned with standards and learner needs.
A major focus was storyboarding eLearning modules, creating detailed plans to make complex topics clear, engaging, and pedagogically sound. I collaborated with digital content designers to transform these plans into interactive, visually engaging resources.
The project challenged me to adapt and refine my approach, expanding my expertise in designing qualifications for diverse audiences and resulting in a thoughtfully crafted, learner-focused programme.

Project 3: Level 2 Adult Care Worker
Designed and developed a 12-month Apprenticeship programme for training provider, Paragon Skills
This project involved the development of a comprehensive Level 2 Adult Care qualification, designed to equip learners with the knowledge and skills required for roles in a critical sector. A key focus was building a foundation of scalable resources and templates that could be reused across a wide range of programmes.
A major achievement was creating and refining a bank of templates and resources, now adopted across other qualifications and courses, both commercial and funded. These materials were designed to ensure consistency, accessibility, and professionalism while supporting diverse learning styles.
This work pushed me to think strategically about resource design and adaptability, resulting in a high-quality qualification that supports learners while providing long-term value to the organisation through reusable templates and materials.
