Over quarantine I've been working with a group of other student journalists on a podcast about what quarantine life is for students. The Apodcalypse covers everything from mental health and relationships while in quarantine to what we do to keep ourselves occupied. We focus on things that are relatable to our audience during this time of uncertainty.

When boredom strikes, what should you do?

Right now, life’s a little crazy. As the news swirls with pandemic stories from across the world, join Maddy, Rachel, and Emma as they talk about how COVID-19 is affecting their everyday lives. They discuss distance learning and at-home entertainment to occupy oneself when bored; they also give their opinions on Harry Potter and Disney movies, Netflix shows, and Buzzfeed.

Warning: there are spoilers for “Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.”

We're four weeks into distance learning, and it's time for a check-in. Join hosts Maddy, Rachel, and Emma as they discuss topics like mental health, picking up new hobbies, and how they're staying healthy and sane. Warning: there are spoilers for "The Silmarillion."

As we try to stay in touch with our friends, family, and loved ones, we do our best to look on the bright side: at least we have our cats for company. Join hosts Maddy Ting, Rachel McCrea, and Emma O’Connor as they discuss how their family and friends are staying together when they’re far apart. Talking points include chaotic sleep schedules, the linguistics of swearing, family reunions, and thistles.
