Leadership and Team Building

After identifying some problem with the editor draft section of the Highlander process I made a presentation about the improvements that needed to be made. I outlined the current problems with the editor drafts and then ways to remedy them. I covered the basic part of the problem in the slides and then elaborated to make sure all of my points came across. This improved the overall quality of the editor drafts we've received ever since and cleared up a few things the writers were confused about.
