The consultation sessions are a space to explore how we 'gel' therapeutically and ask any questions you may have surrounding my services or therapy in general.
Virtual 45-60 minute counselling/psychotherapy sessions that take place via Google Meet (camera optional). Can be booked flexibly such as weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Open to short-term and long-term work subject to availability.
Must be aged 16 or over to book
£50 per session. (Concession price available).
F2F 45-60 minute counselling/psychotherapy session. Takes place in a calming 1:1 therapy space in Stoke-On-Trent. Can be booked flexibly such as weekly, fornightly, or monthly. Open to short-term and long-term work subject to availability.
Must be aged 16 or over to book.

Emotional Wellbeing Sessions can be useful if you are looking for more of a solution focused approach on issues such as anxiety, worry or stress. Please email or book a consultation session first as this type of support is not suitable for all topics. Short-term support only (6-12 sessions).
Open to people aged 15 and above.
