I have been in both the client and therapist chair and understand what it is like to face difficulty. I like my clients to feel genuinely cared for, heard and empathised with while offering them the tools and perspectives to learn more about themselves and meet their goals.

I began working therapeutically in 2021 in education settings with people aged 15-21 offering 1:1 long-term and short-term support as well as groups, workshops and training. Since then I have continued to work in these settings but now also support a wider range of people via private therapy sessions.
What I believe I can offer as a therapist is for my clients to feel genuinely heard as an individual rather than just a number or someone struggling with "xyz". I want people to feel safe, cared for and understood by me and I always try to communicate this to the people I work with. I can offer my clients the space to lead but also guidance on how they could move forward, tools they can try and useful theory to help them make sense of things.
I understand therapy can be scary or challenging and I try to manage this as much as possible with a flexible, non-clinical and warm approach (this might look like a warm cup of tea, hearing about your interests or having a laugh where appropriate).
I am open to working with most topics and goals but some things I specialise in is working with are young people, self-esteem, anxiety, neurodiversity, anxiety and identity.
