• Led fundraising efforts including daily direct sales, coordination and collection of sales activities, representative communication, and bookkeeping.

• Met a $15,000 fundraising goal.

PDXVegFest — Portland, OR

Family Outreach & Volunteer Coordinator | 2016–2017

• Developed family programming designed to engage children and teens at an event serving more than 50,000 attendees annually.

• Recruited, trained, and coordinated volunteers, including youth volunteers from HEART.

• Coordinated speakers and community programming relevant to families.

• Acquired $35,000 in donations from vegan-based businesses.

Joliet Montessori School — Joliet, IL

Committee Chair, Fundraising Auction | 2012–2013

• Conceived and facilitated 10 classroom student projects based on Montessori principles.

• Collaborated with administrators, teachers, and parent volunteers.

• Auction projects raised $8,000 for the school.
