I was drawn to instructional design because I enjoy being creative and innovative. I also appreciate the field's emphasis on analysis and evaluation, because I think analytically and enjoy solving problems.

I combine my technical expertise with my strong knowledge of adult learning theory to develop learning experiences that are engaging and effective. As part of this work, I enjoy building real-world scenarios and simulations that allow learners to practice and refine their skills.
