Multi-Level Troops

There are heroes....and then there are the Leaders of Multi-Level Troops!  Multi-Level Troops operate a bit like a "one room school house" older Scouts helping younger ones (sometimes siblings), sometimes working independently on different badges and othertimes focusing on the same topic.
