An Arizona Notary Public (that's us!) is a bonded public officer commissioned by the Secretary of State to perform notarial acts. A Notary is an impartial witness and must have no conflict of interest.
Notarization is the official fraud-deterrent process that assures the parties of a transaction that a document is authentic, and can be trusted.
It is a three-part process, performed by a Notary Public, that includes of vetting, certifying and record-keeping. Notarizations are sometimes referred to as "notarial acts."
There is a flat fee of $10.00 per signature (most documents only require one signature).

There is a .50 cent/per mile fee to travel to your location as designated by the Arizona Accounting Manual.
Most notarizations can be completed in one hour.
Make sure you have 2 copies of the document you need notarized.
Your Arizona Notary will travel to your home residence, or meet you at a local library at your scheduled appointment time.
Notary will review and verify your document for accuracy.
Client completes payment for transaction (Cash, Credit, or Debit accepted).
After payment, the Notary will then complete the certification signature and stamp your document with a state issued notary seal.
Pro Tip #1: Read your document before coming to the appointment to make sure you have all pages.
Pro Tip #2: Do NOT sign your document before your appointment so you document stays valid.
