• ACCESS testing goal: 100% of students will meet their growth goal set by ACCESS. 

• STEP Goal: 100% of students will move at least 4 STEP Levels (1+ years of reading growth).

• Attendance Goal: Emergence Academy will have an overall attendance rate of 95% for the year.
