Hello! My name is Emely Seheon, I’m a Software Engineer focused on robotics, autonomous systems, and distributed backend infrastructure.
I’ve worked across roles in defense, autonomous systems, and research environments, contributing to CI/CD and build infrastructure improvements at Torc Robotics for autonomous vehicle systems, developing software for satellite control and test systems at L3Harris, and working on robotics-focused research involving multi-agent UAVs, simulation, and control systems. Across these experiences, I’ve collaborated in Agile Scrum teams, delivered production features over multiple sprints, supported debugging and system reliability efforts, and worked directly with technical stakeholders, including government and Space Force customers.
I’m particularly interested in robotics and autonomous systems that combine perception, control, and robust software infrastructure, and I’m seeking opportunities where I can contribute to building reliable systems that interact with the physical world.
My passion for technology stems from middle school when I was in a robotics club that taught me how computers could change our world for the better. In that club, I was sparked with a dream to pursue a career in technology. My goal is to I hope to someday be able to fulfill my middle school dream of changing the world with technology.
