The vision of Embracing Spirit Yoga is to respectfully embrace the diversity of all individuals and their life challenges and to welcome anyone into the practice of Yoga, regardless of ability. At Embracing Spirit Yoga, I teach to the individual self-worth and value of each person's experience. I believe that Yoga is a state of knowing peace, self-discovery and acceptance through the connection to self and to others.
The studio is currently CLOSED due to COVID-19, however, you can access my entire library of donation based yoga under the online sessions tab.
