I believe that it is my life purpose to share the gift of Yoga with anyone who is willing to say yes. In addition to raising a family and being an advocate for those with disabilities, I am the proud founder of Embracing Spirit Yoga. Bringing a depth of compassion to the mat--or the chair--I offer students the opportunity to grow as an individual in all aspects of their life.

With over seventeen years experience, I am a Certified Brain Injury Specialist an experienced E-500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, Certiifed Brain Injury Specialist, Certified Trauma Informed Coach, Life Wellness Coach, Senior YogaFit Instructor, Mind/Body Personal trainer, Stress Reduction and Meditation Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Barre Instructor. I am also certified in Integrative Movement Therapy™. I am trained in Touch Therapy and can offer hand and foot massage to my clients and I am also level 1 Healing Beyond Borders Energy work certified . In addition I am believer in the power and application of essential oils for health and wellness.

I bring personal life experiences of raising a daughter with a disability and over 12 years working in special education to my everyday Yoga classes. In addition to teaching classes at a variety of local rehab centers and health clubs, I also offer Yoga and Wellness coaching individually to those seeking private sessions.

By combining Yoga and a deep sense of acceptance into my teaching style, I demonstrate a passion in developing a partnership with each person to help create a strong sense of self. While encouraging each person to grow to their unique potential, I recognize each individual to be unlimited and they will be supported in their practice on the mat and off the mat. It is my honor to help individuals find within themselves their purpose and passion for life. I welcome you to my space.

Personal Mission Statement:
