In addition to the base tuition fee, there is an annual materials fee of $60, which is not prorated regardless of the signup date.
The monthly tuition fee will be adjusted pro-rata if there is a fifth lesson in any given month.
There is no registration fee. However, upon admission, a one-month deposit per subject is required. This deposit can be used to offset the final month's fee upon withdrawal.
Fees are collected on the 15th of the preceding month. For example, fees for May are due on April 15th.

EC does not provide replacement classes if a student misses a session due to illness, holiday plans, school activities, etc. Monthly fees will still be payable to keep a place at EC. Learning materials or resources will be provided to ensure continuity of learning.
Replacement classes may be provided under the following circumstances:
Class Cancellation: If a scheduled class is canceled by EC due to unforeseen circumstances, a replacement class will be arranged.
Public Holiday Impact: If a class is affected by a public holiday and a significant number of students are unable to attend, efforts will be made to schedule a replacement class.
Teacher Absence: In the event of a teacher's absence, a replacement class may be scheduled depending on the availability of substitute teachers.
If a replacement class cannot be scheduled, learning materials or resources will be provided to ensure continuity of learning.
If student is unable to attend the replacement class, no further arrangements will be made. However, materials will still be provided.
Replacement classes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation or other services.
The tuition center reserves the right to update or modify the replacement class policy as necessary.
By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our replacement class policy.
Students who have previously received an early bird special will not qualify for a 10% rebate if they withdraw and subsequently re-enroll in the course within the academic year. In addition, a re-enrollment fee of $50 will apply.
To secure re-enrollment, students must complete the process by a specified deadline communicated by EC. Enrollment is confirmed only upon submission of a completed re-enrollment form along with any required fees or deposits. Failure to complete this process may result in the loss of priority placement or availability in desired classes.
