They do not constitute professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. 

Your journal entries are private and stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership of your data.

Ember offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium features. All payments are securely processed entirely by the Google Play Store. We do not store or have access to your payment details. Pricing is subject to change. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations.

The free version of Ember displays advertisements provided by third-party networks (Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of these external advertisements or the websites they link to.

The app's design, branding, and original code are the property of the developer and Duo Gen LLC.

Duo Gen LLC is not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on the interpretations of Tarot or I-Ching results provided by the app.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
