Most purchases made through the Google Play Store are eligible for a refund within 48 hours of the transaction.

If you have purchased Ember Pro but the features fail to unlock or the app does not perform as described due to a technical error:

We will review your request and, if a technical defect is confirmed, we will issue a manual refund or fix the access issue.
