RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Number of Participant: ONE (1) participant per entry.

2. Theme: POLYCC Festival 2024.

3. Task Completion: Participants are required to produce a short video that is creative, interesting, and informative based on the given theme to promote the use of English through the TikTok platform. The video should cover all the competitions held in the Malaysia Polytechnic and Community College English Festival 2024 - TC Odyssey. 

4. Video Format: Video must be uploaded in any of the following formats.

    Documentary | Cinematography | Vlog | Story-based | Montage | Freestyle-based

5. Video Submission:

• Only English language is used.

• English subtitles are to be provided. 

• Video should not be less than 50 seconds and not more than 1 minute (60 seconds) in length and should use hashtags #mohfestivalpolycc and #mpccef2024

• Videos should be in vertical, with HD resolution (1080p and 720p) in .MP4 or .MOV or .WMA or .QT format. Failure to apply the following format will result in a deduction of scores.

• Audio quality must be clear. On-site audio feed or narration is allowed. 

6. Recording Device: Participants must use their own recording device (mobile phone or camcorder). No devices will be provided by the organizer. 

7. TikTok Account: Participants must upload the video through a personal TikTok account. The TikTok account to be used in the competition should not have more than 1000 followers. Any account with more than 1000 followers is not eligible to join. 

8. Terms & Conditions: The organizer reserves the right to modify the competition mechanisms, withdraw or terminate this competition at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice to the participants.
