RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Number of Participant: ONE (1) participant per entry.

2. Time Limit: Each performance must not exceed SEVEN (7) MINUTES. Exceeding the time limit may result in disqualification or a penalty.

3. Content: Performances must be appropriate for all audiences. No offensive or inappropriate content is allowed.

4. Originality: Participants can perform original songs or covers. For the "Tell" part, participants must share a story or context related to their song choice.

5. Accompaniment: Participants may use live instruments, backing tracks, or perform a cappella. All equipment must be provided by the participants unless otherwise specified.

6. Props and Costumes: Props and costumes are allowed but must be safe and not require significant setup or takedown time.
